Yemeni coffee is often little in provenance and information. This one is no different. It is called Yemen Sanaani, the varietals are Jaa'di, Tuffahi, Dawairi and Ismaili. They are grown at an altitude of 1500-2100 and are naturally processed. Sanaani is a little bit vague on where it's from, but we bought this on cup quality alone.
