This is quite departure from the Gakki we have been enjoying for a while. You see for mew Kenya coffee falls into two types (good Kenyan coffee that is). You have the Gakki which was blackcurrants and fruity, and you have this which is red winey dry acidity.

In the cup your hit with the dry notes followed by burst of red wine, and spiciness in the aftertaste. I've been disappointed this year by Kenyan coffee, it's not bad it's just normally a lot better. This one takes me back to a day where things were good.
