This one is from from Citalá, in the province of Chalatenango Department. The farmer, Sergio Ticas Reyes, is well known as a quality coffee producer.

Sergio inherited "Los Planes" farm from his grandfather, José Onofre Ticas. In the beginning, Los Planes was grown with Typica variety only. Sergio's father, also named José Onofre Ticas, preserved this cultivar until 1996, when his son renovated the farm with Bourbon and Pacamara varieties.

Another great example of fine El Salvadorian coffee. This is 100% Bourbon that is fully washed and sun dried. In the cup expect sweet oranges with smooth body and a big long aftertaste of milk chocolate with honey like mouthfeel.
