Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira pure yellow bourbon is a balanced coffee, with hints of toffee and caramel, It's a multi talented coffee which can be enjoyed as much in the morning as it can after your evening meal. This award winning coffee, is a staple has bean range. If you're not drinking this why not?

This coffee sparked a change in the way I viewed coffee and remains one of my all time favourites. Gabriel the farmer continues to produce better and better coffee year on year. Beware not all Cachoeira is as good as this one we offer. Some farmers have stolen the name because of Gabriel's reputation (accolades and cup of excellence awards everywhere). Also some roasters/resellers sell the cheaper grade coffee from the same farm, under the same banner. Because of ours and our importers relationship with Gabriel we get access to the cream of his crop, so this is one of the best Brazil's in the world.

In the cup it is as good as every crop that's come before it. If anything its a little better, what really hits you is its outstanding sweetness, and chocolate and caramel and toffee, is this the perfect espresso? Well its perfect to example how good single estate coffee can be in the espresso machine.
