||Coffee Varietals: Caturra, Catuai, and Typical
Bolivia Finca Inquisivi is owned by Señora Bherta De Miranda. The municipalaity of Inquisivi is around an 8 hour journey from La Paz, with La Paz still being the closest city and being part of the La Paz department. Inquisivi is the capital of the provincial area.
It is a key area of coca production in Bolivia where is is legal and widespread. So to find coffee producers in these areas is unique and not common at all. BHERTA has tried hard to convince people around her that growing coffee is better for them and the land, and many of her neighbours have followed her lead. She owns a small 4 hetare lot, which is at 1850mts above sea level and is planted with Caturra 30%, Typical 10% and Catuai 60%.
In the cup this is a posy of spring flowers, mixed in with a vibrant lemon acidity and delicate sweetness with a super clean finish.
