Description
We look to update each of our 4 blends about once every 4 months, we always want the coffees in them to be the freshest and for the blends to be tasting at their absolute best all the time. Whenever we change a blend we change the name to help make it super clear that the components have changed.
This is our white blend - bright fruit, balanced acidity, clarity and vibrancy. It replaces Cloud that replaced White Dwarf that took over the baton from Jabberwocky of old. It also takes a shot at Phil-Ter as it makes a delicious cup of filter coffee as well as a cracking espresso.
As blends go it's a little more challenging to work with than our red or black blends, but full of amazing results when you get it right.
