Description

The farm is located in Tomayunca community, surrounded by mountains and beautiful panoramic views, near lake Apanas and the mountains of Jinotega region. The altitude of the farm is 1200m above sea level. It has excellent conditions for production of high quality coffee. Jamie Rosales Pasquier bought the farm 13 years ago. The coffee varieties on the farm are: Tekisic, Pacamara and Caturra. This lot is of the Pacamara varietal.

In the cup expect a whole heap of fruits, raspberry, peach, apricot and mixed in with melon. This is super bright delicious brewed coffee when you want a treat, but don't let that put you off it as espresso, because there is a body that comes from nowhere in this coffee in espresso that is big, bold and has a hint of spice.
