Description

Maragogype (Mara-go-hee-pey) is a subtype of coffee often refereed to as the "elephant bean" for its large size. First found in Brazil in the 1900's Maragogype plant happened naturally. This sweet cup gives and gives and is equally at home in the espresso as in the French press. Rounded and balanced describe this one the best a must try. In the cup their sweets, balanced, with light hints of earth and grass, but don't think in an unpleasant way, because it's a good thing. SIDE NOTE This coffee cups well, but the quality of the green is questionable. It has mostly Maragogype, but some standard grade and some peaberry. We removed it for a little while because of this, but after requests and deciding it really tastes good its back. Just Beware !!!!!
